Custom ROM

I’ve finally broken down and rooted my Droid. Once I did that I figured it was a logical jump to starting experimenting with custom ROMs. I’ve been running Cyanogenmod for the past week along with LauncherPro… it feels like I have a brand new phone. My wife is now asking me to work some magic on her Droid as well. She’s had issues for several months that I’ve never had to deal with, but she also has many more applications installed and most likely has some stale data/caches that are responsible for most of the issues. I’m planning on experimenting with Sapphire next as it seems to be a better fit for my Droid and I like that it’s completely built from source.
